Today I had a business meeting and didn't know what to wear. I thought about different types of outfits I could wear but no none of them pleased me. I thought about every shirt, pants, blouse, trouser, skirts, anything and none of them seemed right. Sure, I was about to go and have lunch in this beautiful and stylish restaurant with amazing people, so choosing the perfect outfit wasn't supposed to be that hard right? After all it's just lunch. Well no. Actually it was a huge lunch date and I was kind of nervous about it. I had to look very good and ready to impress but not to overdo it. You never ever want to overdo a thing. As I was browsing through my closet, I found this black and blue dress that was perfect for this winter season. Black and blue are strong colors that make me look stunning.
I bought this dress last year at JCPenney's. I used it once and it didn't look so good in me back then.
As I was looking at it, I heard like a little voice saying: "uuuuseeee meeeeee...wear me today". So I took it under consideration.
Then, I found different accessories and shoes I could wear. I loved these black platforms. I bought them at a shoe store called Galería located at the mall Plaza Las Américas. The complete look was stunning. They gave the outfit a perfect, elegant, formal and proper look.
I decided to use too this black Coach handbag with golden details.
The final style was perfect. Gold is a popular color for this season.
The black belt came with the dress. Now it is huge on me but I had to wear it.
You also know I love the red color. It is my favorite color. Since I was going to eat and drink, I used Kat Von D's Outlaw because it stays for a very long time on you lips and it doesn't come off that easy. If you have M.A.C's Matte Russian Red, it can be used as well. Red, it's just my color. It goes perfect with my skin tone, hair, and everything in me.
And to keep me warm, I took a red and black scarf with me.
My nails were also red so it was perfect. In the end, it all came up to red, black and blue.

I know I did great because everybody asked me where I bought everything and even asked me about tips on style. I even have shopping dates coming up. That's how I know I did great.

Hoy tuve una reunión de trabajo. Pensé en todas las combinaciones posibles pero ninguna llenaba mis expectativas. Pensé en alguna camisa o pantalón, falda y nada. Claro que fue en un restaurante de alta categoría. Entonces me dediqué a buscar algún traje con un estilo profesional y que estuviera conforme a esta temporada de invierno. Este traje era perfecto. Los colores negro y azul son algunos tonos fuertes y que de seguro resaltarían mi presencia.
Este traje es de JCPenney y lo adquirí el año pasado para estás fechas. Les confieso lo usé una vez. Recuerdo que para ese entonces me quedaba mal. No sé, lo sentía demasiado ajustado. Pero estaba en el armario y como que me llamaba.
Me decía: "úsameeeee, úúúsameeee...llévame contigo" Y lo tomé en consideración.
Reflexionando sobre los accesorios que tenía y se verían bien, encontré estas plataformas color negro y en pana que le daban un toque elegante y formal. Las puedes conseguir en Galería Plaza Las Américas.
Luego vi mi cartera negra Coach con detalles en color oro. La combinación era perfecta.
El color oro también se está utilizando mucho en esta temporada y tanto el azul como el negro juegan bien con él.
El cinturón era un accesorio que trajo el vestido. Ahora me queda gigante aunque no se note en la foto. Pero había que usarlo.
Saben que amo a muerte el color rojo. Así es que me puse el labial de Kat Von D Outlaw que es rojo y no se te corre o desvanece al comer. También puedes utilizar el labial de M.A.C. Russian Red Matte si es el que tienes.
Me llevé una estola roja y negra que también está de moda.
Amo el color rojo. Como las uñas también estaban pintadas de rojo, la combinación quedaba perfecta.
A continuación verán el estilo final que gustó mucho.
Lo sé porque todo el mundo me preguntó y me pidieron consejos de dónde comprarlo, cómo combinarlo y de shopping dates. Asi es que acerté y eso es lo más importante para mí.

La belleza de esto es que no tuve que invertir dinero. Ya estos accerorios y vestido lo tenía. Solo los reusé y desempolvé. Todos pueden estar a la moda con accesorios que tienen.
